Valentine's Day Treats (The Most Delicious Popcorn Mix Ever)

This Friday we will be celebrating Valentine's Day with a class party and passing out valentines.

Last year I put together possibly the easiest snack mix ever... it just involved mixing three different ingredients together:

This year I was up to the task of making something that took a little more energy. I have been wanting to make this recipe from Bloom Designs for a while now. Not only that, but it didn't look like it would take too much time to make.

It turned out to be super simple!
I picked up ingredients similar to the ones Jenny suggested:
- Honey Nut Chex
- Pretzel Sticks
- Kettle Korn
- White Melting Wafers
- M&Ms (I had to buy the "fun size" packs because my store was out of the others)
- Sprinkles

1. Mix the Chex, popcorn, and pretzels in a bowl and then spread them out on cookie sheets covered in foil.

2. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the mix.
3. Add fun holiday themed sprinkles

4. Let the chocolate harder
5. Add M&Ms

I told you, super simple and easy!
I used plastic baggies and the same tags as last year to put together the treats for my students.

You can get the tag for free here:

Do you have a Valentine's Day party with your class? I know my kids are going to love this popcorn mix and I'm pretty sure I will be eating it all month long!
