I haven't been out of school for a full week yet, and already I have tons of ideas for next year! With my master's program, conferences, book studies, and great ideas from all you wonderful bloggers, I needed a place to store all of my thoughts and ideas of things I want to do in my classroom next year!
Enter. . . my new Erin Condren notebook!
I LOVE all of Erin Condren's colorful goodies, so of course I was so excited to see that she came out with notebooks! And I knew this would be a perfect place to keep all my thoughts organized! You can't get much more fun and colorful! I even got to personalize my notebook with all my favorite things! Just looking at it makes me happy!
I started off with a Table of Contents, so I could quickly find what I am looking for!
I listed the page number first, followed by the topic.
On each of my "note" pages I put the topic at the top, and then my notes on the lines below.
I tried to first identify what each topic is, followed by uses in the classroom and helpful links or resources and examples. I'm just getting started, so I'm sure by the end of summer my note pages and table of contents will be full of tons of wonderful information to take back to my classroom!
Here's some of what I have so far:
Also, I have to share this FABULOUS find from Barnes & Nobel!
I was there this weekend, and right by the door when I walked in I saw this:
A set with magnetic notepads for each month, 12 pads of page markers, and 3 sets of sticky notes!
And did you see the price?!?!
It was only $12.98!!
Of course I had to buy two of them!
I would've bought the whole pile, but my husband stepped in after the 2nd one. :)
Figured it would be a perfect "just for fun" gift for one of my best friends, who also happens to be a teacher!
How are you keeping track of all the fabulous ideas you are getting this summer?
Hope you all had a fabulous Monday!!
Love the notebook! Heading over to check it out :)

I LOVE my Life Planner and have been thinking about getting the Plan Book but I am hesitant about the price. Did you get the monthly insert? Maybe I should look into getting the notebook....

Soooo jealous!!! It's time I place my order . . . I am so sick of those freebie Lakeshore plan books. Although I love the cost, I need a little pick me up in the planning department . . . and this should do just the trick :) Thanks for sharing.
